Shipping Policy for Marriage Skate Shop

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times and shipping options are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Marriage Skate Shop ships to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages

Marriage Skate Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at marriageskateshop@gmail.com directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
